Book Review- Crookedstar's Promise

So this time, I read Crookedstar's Promise by Erin Hunter. I've enjoyed (or obsessed) over many (all of) her books. So, in this Super edition, it highlights the life of a Strormkit.
Stormkit and  his brother, Oakkit were born during a major flood. Life is good in Riverclan, and Stormkit is happy. But one day when Stormkit and Oakkit were playing, Stormkit slipped and fell into the river and broke his jaw. The medicine cat, Brambleberry, keeps him in the medicine den for awhile. When Stormkit is finally well enough to leave the medicine den, the entire clan stares. They're welcomes seen false. So Stormkit rushes off to fint a puddle, only to find that his jaw has been permanently disfigured. Crookedstar must face many challenges to fulfill his destiny; losing the ones he loves along the way. Although this book is a whopping 491 pages, it took me only 3 days to read. I was hooked! I would definitely recommend this series to any of my friends, the book has humor, action, romance (its not as bad as it sounds!), and drama (perfectly balanced.) . If this sounds interesting, I recommend reading the series itself first. It's not necessary, but it will help you to understand the book a little faster, and its a great read!
